Estos incluyen pruebas de laboratorio en el sitio, servicios de radiograf\u00edas digitales y un punto de dispensaci\u00f3n de medicamentos donde los pacientes atendidos en el Centro de Salud pueden comprar sus medicamentos en el momento de su visita. Una visita\/examen de Bienestar del Adulto es un tipo de visita de atenci\u00f3n sanitaria preventiva. La atenci\u00f3n sanitaria preventiva se centra en mantener el bienestar y evitar los problemas de salud antes de que se produzcan. Las visitas o ex\u00e1menes de bienestar suelen ser anuales y <\/span><u style=\"font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', mont; font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\">son independientes de otras visitas m\u00e9dicas relacionadas con enfermedades o lesiones.<\/u><\/p><h5>\u00bfQu\u00e9 incluye?<\/h5><p>La <strong>visita del Adulto Sano<\/strong> se centra en la atenci\u00f3n preventiva y el mantenimiento general de la salud. Pueden orientarte para que tomes decisiones que favorezcan una mejor salud, y pueden detectar precozmente problemas de salud. <\/p><p>Suele incluir:<\/p><p><strong>Revisi\u00f3n y actualizaciones<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Historial m\u00e9dico y quir\u00fargico<\/li><li>Medicamentos actuales (Revisi\u00f3n de los medicamentos actuales, suplementos y alergias.), recambios de medicamentos<\/li><li>Historial social (tabaquismo, alcohol, consumo de drogas, ejercicio, dieta, niveles de estr\u00e9s).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Medidas sanitarias preventivas<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Pruebas de detecci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de laboratorio (si procede). Las pruebas de detecci\u00f3n pueden variar en funci\u00f3n de la edad, el riesgo y el sexo <em>(por ejemplo, pruebas de detecci\u00f3n de c\u00e1ncer de mama o de cuello uterino)<\/em> <\/li><li>Vacunas<\/li><li>Conversaciones sobre salud sexual (si procede), pruebas de detecci\u00f3n de ITS\/ETS<\/li><li>Recomendaciones sobre nutrici\u00f3n y ejercicio<\/li><li>Gesti\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s y examen de salud mental<\/li><li>H\u00e1bitos de sue\u00f1o<\/li><li>Asesoramiento sobre estrategias sanitarias preventivas, Asesoramiento sobre consumo de sustancias (alcohol, tabaco, consumo de drogas).<\/li><li>Un <strong>examen f\u00edsico superficial<\/strong> (un chequeo breve y general, m\u00e1s que una evaluaci\u00f3n en profundidad).<\/li><\/ul><h5 style=\"letter-spacing: normal;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 NO est\u00e1 incluido?<\/h5><ul><li>Un <strong>examen f\u00edsico detallado<\/strong> (una evaluaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s exhaustiva que suele hacerse para evaluar los s\u00edntomas)<\/li><li>Cambio en el tratamiento de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas (m\u00e1s de 3 meses)<\/li><li>Evaluaci\u00f3n de nuevos problemas o s\u00edntomas m\u00e9dicos<\/li><li>Cambios de medicaci\u00f3n, nuevas recetas o nuevas derivaciones a especialistas<\/li><li>Si se comparte una preocupaci\u00f3n o queja espec\u00edfica, puede ser necesaria una visita aparte<\/li><\/ul><div><h5 style=\"letter-spacing: normal;\">\u00bfCobertura del seguro de enfermedad?<\/h5><p>Aunque los ex\u00e1menes de bienestar suelen estar cubiertos por el seguro, es posible que \u00e9ste no cubra todos los gastos de la visita, como an\u00e1lisis o pruebas. La mayor\u00eda de los planes de seguro pagan 1 examen de bienestar al a\u00f1o. Los planes de seguro y la cobertura var\u00edan, as\u00ed que aseg\u00farate de consultar tu p\u00f3liza.  <\/p><h5 style=\"letter-spacing: normal;\">Servicios y cargos adicionales<\/h5><div><p style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Si un problema m\u00e9dico nuevo o existente requiere atenci\u00f3n durante la visita, o si se realiza un <b>examen f\u00edsico detallado<\/b>, pueden aplicarse cargos adicionales. Este cargo adicional tambi\u00e9n puede estar cubierto o no por el seguro.
